eduMEET – videoconferencing tool by community for community

Beyond breakout rooms features, virtual backgrounds, and all kinds of bells and whistles, commercial Internet videoconferencing solutions still present real security concerns.

Where does the data go? Who can access the data?

eduMEET is open-source, WebRTC based videoconferencing tool developed by the GÉANT Research & Education community for the community. eduMEET is a secure, low-cost, easy-to-use VC platform that enables researchers who work for different institutions and in different locations to collaborate seamlessly, effectively and securely.
