Tomislav Jagušt
Tomislav holds bachelor’s and doctoral degrees in Computer Science from the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, where he works as a Assistant Professor at the Department of Applied Computing.
He is one of the initiators and lecturers of the skill Popularization of Science. He is the leader of educational activities of the Croatian Section of IEEE, co-leader of FER’s program to popularize science ŠUZA, collaborator on several projects in the field of computer-aided education and popularization of STEM area, mentor of robotics at the Center for Gifting Child Giftedness “Bistrić” and regular participant in various popular science events (Science Festival, Researchers’ Night, etc.).
He is interested in wireless computer networks and amateur radio, and for several years he was a contributor to the PC Chip magazine and the IT supplement of Večernji list.
To his wife’s horror, he collects old (mechanical and electronic) computers and game consoles.
