Say you build up a complex interwoven software stack in a largish organisation and you want to open source it (or say you have a smaller project, this talk also goes for you). How do you convince everyone that this is a cunning plan? And now you’ve decided to share your work with the world, how are you going to do it? Do you just throw it onto Github and hope for the best?
